Took this through two flights last month and the nylon shell held up way better than I expected. The zip-and-fold design means it flattens into my carry-on when we're not using it, which sold me. My cat actually naps in it now.

The nylon shell is surprisingly light but still holds its shape when my cat leans against the sides. It collapses flat in about two seconds once I unzip it, which sold me for closet storage in a small apartment.

Took this through two flights last month and it slid under the seat without a fight from the gate agent. The nylon wiped clean after my cat's little accident, and it folds flat enough to shove in the closet between trips.
