The wheels roll so smoothly my cat barely noticed we were moving, and the mesh panels kept her cool the whole trip. Being airline approved meant I didn't have to stress at the gate either.

Rolled my 14-pound cat through two airports and he actually slept most of the way instead of yowling. The telescoping handle feels solid and it glides smoothly over tile, though the mesh panels could use a touch more ventilation. Being airline approved meant zero hassle at the gate.

The wheels make a huge difference in the terminal — I rolled my cat right up to the gate instead of lugging a bag. Only gripe is the handle feels a bit short for my height, but it still rolls smoothly.
